The layout adds the implementation of three lakes that improve the game and comfort of the players, as well as the landscape quality of the golf course, located in an urban setting next to an important sports city.
The Masterplan includes, in addition to the design of the golf course, the architectural design of a new clubhouse with a prayer room, ample parking and service access with parking for loading and unloading and parking spaces for employees, control booth at all accesses , ten new paddle tennis courts, one of them with stands, and the rest of the golf course's complementary facilities, such as the starter's booth, a machinery park with an ecological maintenance warehouse and a pumps for automatic irrigation of the golf course.
