Ignacio García presented the design of an underground carpark in the plot of the community of owners La Encarnación, Málaga, Spain.
The need to adapt the new building to the existing buildings imposed the design of a carpark excavated in the slope of the plot. Arranged in plants cellar and semicellar, it is provided with 202 places for big vehicles. The covered landscaped account with areas of game for children and skylights that illuminate and ventilate the interior of a natural way.
