Ignacio García has presented in Marbella Golf Country Club the project of a Boutique Hotel respectful with the environment that open Cotijo del Alicate to golfers.
An exquisite combination, luxurious comfort and tradition in a natural environment.
It is an intervention of rehabilitation that turns the ruin of the farmhouse into a new hotel surrounded with golf.
Also, design respects the natural conditions, adds new golf tees at East facade, and makes use of the backdrop of the Mediterranean sea and of the mountains.
The rehabilitation made by international office of golf and architecture, “Ignacio García Golf Arquitectura”, with proper personality and sophistication, proposes the design of every element for the comfort of guests.
The lover of the golf and nature can feel as good as at home, surrounded with luxuries and details of good taste.
The accommodation offers 12 suites and 4 duplex residences with American kitchen on the South orientation, comfortable spaces and a modern infrastructure.
Team of design – Ignacio García led the participation of an excellent team of design with illustrious professionals as the architect J. Sánchez.
