At the end of 1997, Ignacio García participated in the elaboration of the design of an 18-hole golf course in one of the two squares of Spanish sovereignty in the North of Africa: Ceuta.
The creation of the first golf course in Ceuta arose from the need to equip the Autonomous City of an infrastructure capable of absorbing a quality tourism that generates revenues for a municipality that practically lives of the trade.
The investment not only proposed the creation of numerous direct and indirect jobs during construction and operation of the proposal; also, the management of the territory and improvement of the terrains, which are devoid of herbaceous vegetation and in process of erosion.
