The Marbella-based architectural firm, Ignacio García IGGA International, has accepted the challenge of a foreign investor who wishes to transform one of the old apartments in the Granada building, located in the luxurious Playas del Duque urbanization of Puerto Banús, Marbella, into a elegant, contemporary and chic design home.
IGGA’s new design will give soul and style to a worn-out 90 m2 building, as well as functionality, aesthetics and energy savings.
