The construction company IGGA GROUP with the project management of the IGGA International architecture studio has needed less than seven months to successfully build a high-quality detached single-family home with 288 m2 built on two floors plus basement and roof terrace, accompanied by porches, pergolas, terraces, perimeter fencing, garden and pool.

This construction success has been possible thanks to the dedication and commitment of all the members of the IGGA Group who have participated in the project, on the part of the studio and on the part of the construction company. Together they have designed an extraordinary work plan with which they finished the home within the agreed time period, earning the respect and admiration of the developer.

The contemporary-style home has a 672 m2 plot located on the new Golden Mile, between Marbella and Estepona (Malaga), and is the first finished villa of a three-project that was created to satisfy the demand for this type of housing in the area.
