We start a new project.
The well-known design and architecture studio based in Marbella, Ignacio García IGGA Internacional, has begun the drafting of a new comprehensive renovation and interior design project for a large duplex penthouse, with a private pool on the roof and a private elevator for the exclusive use of the property, located in the elegant La Alzambra urbanization of Puerto Banús, Marbella.
After visiting the property, with 318 m2 of living space, 237 m2 of terraces and 34 m2 of storage room, IGGA architects have begun the conceptualization process of the renovation and interior design project of the property to determine the creation of new distributions and unique spaces, personalized to the typology of the spaces and client preferences. Once the global design is completed, the next step will be the preparation of all the technical plans necessary for the construction of the project. And finally, IGGA will select the new furniture from the best designer furniture brands with recognized international prestige.
The development of the project will end in December so that the construction company IGGA GROUP can begin the renovation works at the beginning of next year.
