This year, as in 2011 and 2010, Luanda was billed as the city with the highest cost of living for expatriates, according to the annual survey developed by the consulting firm Mercer.
IGGA International is involved in a project aimed at the construction of a residential complex in Luanda, a city with housing shortage in spite of being the most expensive city in the planet.
