The emplacement of the Beach Club designed by the architect Ignacio García for the promoter Río Real Golf Hotel Marbella is not in the zone of protection of the Public Maritime Terrestrial Domain (DPMT).
The mentioned legislation establishes that the width of the zone of protection spreads one hundred meters in the area called not urbanizable or in the area that is urbanizable but has not partial plan approved definitively to the entry into force of the Law of Coasts, and twenty meters in urban areas – as the emplacement of the proposed beach club – or area urbanizable that has partial plan approved definitively to the entry into force of the above mentioned Law.
The planning document of the Project of Demarcation of the DPMT of the section of coast understood from the right side of the Río Guadalpín up to the left side of the Río Real in Marbella facilitated by Demarcation of Coasts, includes the cartographic information, with projection in U.T.M. – Spindle 30, of the line of bank of sea, the line of demarcation of the DPMT, the limit of servitude of traffic and the limit of protection servitude.
None of the limits affects the construction of the Beach Club that Ignacio García has designed in the golf course of Río Real.
