Recently, Mr. Ignacio García, founder of “Ignacio García Golf Arquitectura”, international office of golf and architecture and first golf course architect that uses the new golf course decree in Andalusia, visited the terrain that Mc. Inerney Holdings PLC, the biggest international development company with base in Ireland, and Alanda Group, its Spanish division, posses in a privileged place of Sotogrande (San Roque, Cádiz) surrounded with twelve of the best golf courses of Europe in a twenty kilometers radio, as Valderrama Golf Club, for many the best golf course of contienental Europe.
After visit of the terrain in company of Mr. Desmond O´Connor, general manager of Alanda Homes, Ignacio García commented the extraordinary possibilities of the place.
In the next weeks, members of its team will move to the place to initiate the technical study of feasibility and to evaluate the capacity of reception of the areas for the construction of a golf course of 18 holes designed by the architect.
