On November 10, in the Cordoba town of Cabra, the young man from Malaga, 15 years old and 197 cm tall, made his debut with the national team of his province, achieving victory against the Huelva National Team 92-41 and showing that he is a force of nature. Despite starting from the bench and only playing 16 minutes, Karpenko became the star of the game in his debut. It was a great presentation. He showed a splendid level, in defense and attack, with a game as spectacular as it was effective that gave his team a resounding victory and helped him sign his first double-double in the national team with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
The versatile forward of the IGGA GROUP Club Baloncesto San Pedro team has arrived at the Andalusian championship #A8CM2023 in magnificent form and with many things to say. In his debut game, no one could stop him. Karpenko played as a center and power forward, following the orders of his coach, and changed the outcome of the match with an enormous success and leaving a tremendous letter of introduction that was greatly appreciated by locals and strangers. He was the most valued player in the first half and, although the statistics stopped counting when the Málaga team surpassed the Huelva team by a difference of 50 points, he ended up being the MVP of the game in his first victory with the national team.
