A new boutique hotel for Malaga

Promoted by a Spanish company, the project has been designed by the IGGA International architecture studio, directed and founded in Marbella by Ignacio García.

The boutique hotel will be rural and eco-friendly, with around 800 m2 distributed on a single floor, and will have ten rooms, a swimming pool and a restaurant. The 27,624 m2 plot belongs to the municipality of Ardales and occupies a unique location on a high hill facing the Ardales Natural Park, a wonderful natural area with three very large reservoirs that has become one of the most beautiful tourist spots in Malaga.

García, the head of the architects of the building, has described the virtues of the project:

It is a design with unbeatable panoramic views of the reservoir, perfectly adapted to the surroundings, which will allow its guests to enjoy the incredible natural environment of the place, but without altering it, in a respectful way and with the least possible impact.

The project was born as a result of a new initiative to revitalize and beautify the Ardales area, which promotes this beautiful space as a low-intensity, sustainable and ecological tourist attraction, ideal for nature lovers.
