Comprehensive reform in Banús, by IGGA.
The design and architecture studio Ignacio García IGGA Internacional documents the progress of work on one of the renovation projects that the well-known firm has designed to revalue an old marble apartment located on the corner of a luxurious complex in Puerto Banús, Marbella.
The rehabilitation works, in the hands of the construction company IGGA GROUP, will recover the splendor of the old and spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. The new distribution will increase the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the value of the property, without diminishing the spaciousness of the spaces.
