Jurisprudence: STS, de 09/03/2006, RJ 1886, MP José A. Seijas Quintana – It is not the golf a dangerous game, except those characteristics that derive from a bad practice in the handling of instruments that can be harmful in themselves as is the stick or the ball, or when a player acts without the necessary knowledge or without adequate diligence. This is why the rule of conduct is do not run a blow without ensuring the player that no one is near in a position to receive a blow; rule which requires the player to take the necessary safety measures before putting in motion the golf ball, always within what is common in sports practice. Precisely the launch of a ball with little expertise which falls down over the area of the neighbor is common practice in this sport. This does not mean that the owner of the golf course should ignore the damage, on the contrary, is the Club who should take the appropriate measures to prevent damage to third parties.

Canary Islands  The idyllic islands of sun and beaches of fine sand, denominated in Greek and Roman writings as the Fortunate Islands, the Champs Elysees or the garden of the Hesperides are an archipelago of the Atlantic Ocean of 7 Islands (Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera y el El Hierro) and a few islets (Alegranza, Graciosa, Montaña Clara, Roque del Este, Roque del Oeste y Lobos) that make up one of the seventeen autonomous communities of Spain, and one of the outermost regions of the European Union. Each island is completely different to the other and its landscapes evoke corners of all regions of the planet.
