The Eralia Group´s quality and professionalism has been recognised by Homes Overseas Awards, an international distinction honouring the best real estate products and companies in destinations favoured by British holidaymakers.
Eralia was third in the section of the Best Apartments Development in Spain – for Los Lagos de Santa María (which features a frontline golf setting in Marbella). The gala awards presentation was held at the Dorchester Hotel in London on January 20th.
The awards recognise and reward the best international real estate developments in the five most popular destinations for Britons buying homes overseas: Spain, France, Portugal, Cyprus and United States (specifically Florida). The members of the jury included members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), well-known journalists specialising in real estate and other experts. The awards represent the first serious attempt to judge new real estate developments on behalf of the British public, which is probably the most important market for overseas homes buyers.
