The design of the golf course respects the landscape and environment and occupies more than 55 ha of surface area, belonging to the masterplan of the first project that Qualta Resorts developes in Brazil, The Reef Club designed by KPM architects, an urban complex with 3,710 residential homes and 2 hotels of 300 and 150 rooms.
The golf course is located a few meters of one of the best beaches of Brazil, belonging to the state of Pernambuco. Its position is privileged in relation to Europe. It is one of the main entrance doors of the international tourism in Brazil. It has a coastline rich, fertile in forests and coral reefs, and has the best beaches in the country.
The design includes good measures to reduce the environmental damage.
Ignacio García Golf Arquitectura contributes to the conservation of the ecological heritage of the land: beach, forest and mangrove, with environmental designs. The Spanish firm reduces the water consumption of the installation and carbon emissions and waste with the use of purified water, renewable energies and sustainable materials.
The design respects the high environmental quality of the landscape and the contours of the mangrove.
